All this talking about Wired magazine and did you see they're going to crash a satellite into the moon just to see what happens and you can watch NASA chase-craft coverage in about eight hours? Why didn't they tell me about this before now?

pretty sure they're checking to see if there is water in the 'soil'.
Maybe some amateur footage will pop up, that NASA feed wasn't as dramatic as I had hoped.
That's why they should always have a chimp with a video camera on every space mission.
I agree that the footage was kind of unexciting. I guess we've been spoiled by CGI. NASA: Next time, more tits and explosions, please!
Perhaps they were afraid you'd try to stop them.
